Not your typical Brooklyn based rapper! Don Metriano has developed a sound that demands attention.

His lyrical stylings not only are catchy but have a message that comes deep from heartfelt experience. His sultry voice and hypnotic rhythm captivate you while his lyrics tackle various social, political and religious issues. Yet, Don Metriano skillfully incorporates such serious messages with strong beats without sounding preachy.

Although rapping since the age of 15, Don Metriano has only seriously devoted his attention to rapping within the past few years. He has taken a hiatus from his acting and modeling careers to enter the studio and playing various clubs, where he perfected his showmanship and developed a loyal following.

He has collaborated with such artists as Outlaw Nation, Arms House and TP Elingston and can be seen featured on TP Elingston's "Perpetrators" single and video. The release of "Drama Life" marks Don Metriano's official debut into the public realm.

He has comfortably been making a name for himself in the New York underground scene and branching out into the Atlanta, Miami and Los Angeles markets. Don Metriano blends his natural rhythmic, laid back style with melodic beats and driven lyrics.

He has been widely compared to such notable rappers as Naz, AZ and Cool G Rap but with a definite unique style. "Drama Life" consists of tracks that delve right into the overflowing gutters of humanity as seen through the eyes of Don Metriano and the various collaborators featured on this release.
